Once customer approved design, but made mistake like misspell, typo we are unable to reprint it.
If it is your fault, we can give you reprint discount which is 20% from your order. (some of the products are exceptional)
If we printed different from proof, wrong item received, we will check back and reprint it for you.
Shipping
Most of the products are finish within 1 business day after proof approval.
Order will be shipped from GA.
We do not ship during weekends.
