Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of overflowprint.com and the purchase of products and services from Overflow Print (“Overflow,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom, Made-to-Order Products

Nearly everything we sell is custom-printed to your specifications and produced on demand. Because each order is made specifically for you, orders cannot be resold and are handled as described in Section 7 (Cancellations) and Section 8 (Returns & Refunds).

2. Artwork & File Requirements

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork or for building your design using our online tools. You are responsible for all content in your files, including spelling, grammar, layout, image resolution, bleed, and color setup. We print files as submitted and do not make changes to your artwork unless specifically agreed in writing. Low-resolution files may print blurry or pixelated.

3. Proofs & Approval

Any on-screen preview or proof is provided for layout and content review only. Once you approve a design and place the order, you accept responsibility for its contents. We are not liable for errors (typos, incorrect sizes, missing bleed, etc.) present in approved files.

4. Color & Material Variation

Colors may vary between what you see on screen and the final printed product, and between print runs, materials, and finishes. Monitors display color differently than printed inks (RGB vs. CMYK). Slight variation in color, trimming, and material texture is normal and is not considered a defect.

5. Turnaround & Production Time

Advertised production times (e.g., 24-hour production) refer to printing time only and do not include shipping transit time, weekends, or holidays. Production begins after your order and print-ready files are received and approved. Turnaround is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

6. Pickup & Shipping

Completed orders can be picked up at our Lawrenceville or Suwanee location, or shipped to you via a third-party carrier. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays, or for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Because products go into production quickly, orders may be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

8. Returns & Refunds

As custom-made items, products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. If your order arrives defective or does not match your approved file due to our error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will reprint or correct the affected items. 9. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices and product availability may change at any time.

10. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the right to use all text, images, logos, and other materials you submit, and that your order does not infringe anyone’s rights or violate any law. You agree to indemnify and hold Overflow harmless from any claim arising out of the content you provide. We may decline any order that we believe is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overflow’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed deadlines.

12. Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
