    PVC Signs FAQ

    PVC or Dibond?
    PVC is lighter, less expensive, and ideal for indoor and sheltered outdoor signs. Dibond is stiffer and the better pick for large exterior panels.
    3mm or 6mm?
    3mm covers most wall-mounted signs; choose 6mm for panels over about 2′ × 3′ or when you want a chunkier edge.
    Can I print both sides?
    Yes — single or double sided.
    How do I mount it?
    Screws, standoffs, VHB tape, or adhesive. PVC drills and cuts cleanly.
    How fast is turnaround?
    Signs are printed and cut in 2 business days. Choosing a custom contour cut adds 1 day.
    What file should I send?
    A print-ready PDF (or AI, PNG) at full size, CMYK, with 0.125″ bleed and text kept 0.25″ from the edges — or design online with our free tool. For contour cuts, include the cut line as a separate vector path.
