    Overview

    About Foam Boards

Foam boards are the featherweight favorite for weddings, trade shows, presentations, and event signage — 3/16″ foam core with smooth bright-white liners that is easy to carry, mount on an easel, or hang.

Print single or double sided, add optional gloss, and enter any custom size — or add a contour cut for shaped displays like welcome signs and photo props. Pricing starts at $34.99.

Upload a print-ready file or design online, and your foam board is printed and cut in 2 business days, with free local pickup in Lawrenceville or Suwanee, GA — or shipping if you prefer.

    FAQ

    Foam Boards FAQ

    Can foam board go outdoors?
Foam board is indoor-only. Moisture warps it — for outdoor events choose yard signs (Coro) or PVC.
    How thick is it?
3/16″ — the standard thickness for easels and presentation boards.
    How do I display it?
Easel, foam-board stand, hanging clips, or double-sided tape to a wall.
    Can you cut custom shapes?
Yes — add a custom contour cut and include the cut line as a vector path in your file.
    How fast is turnaround?
Signs are printed and cut in 2 business days. Choosing a custom contour cut adds 1 day.
    What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF (or AI, PNG) at full size, CMYK, with 0.125″ bleed and text kept 0.25″ from the edges — or design online with our free tool. For contour cuts, include the cut line as a separate vector path.
