    Add rounded corners, pick your paper, and order from 25 up. For a premium finish choose UV gloss cover (2 days) or Raised Spot UV (7 days), which lifts a glossy layer off selected areas of your design.

    Which size mails at postcard rate?
    USPS postcard rate covers 3.5″ × 5″ up to 4.25″ × 6″. Larger cards (5″ × 7″, 6″ × 9″, 6″ × 11″) mail at letter rate.
    What is Raised Spot UV?
    A clear, raised gloss layer applied only where you choose — logos, titles, patterns — for a tactile, premium look. Upload a separate black-and-white mask showing where the gloss goes; allow 7 business days.
    Can I get rounded corners?
    Yes — select Rounded Corners when you order.
    What is the minimum order?
    25 postcards.
    How fast is turnaround?
    Same day — order by 2 PM and pick up today. Larger or specialty jobs may take an extra day; the exact ready date shows on the product page as you order.
    What file should I send?
    A print-ready PDF (or AI, PNG) at 300 DPI, CMYK, with 0.125″ bleed and text kept 0.125″ inside the trim — or design online with our free tool. For Raised Spot UV, add a 100% black mask file for the raised areas.
