Can I choose thread colors?

Yes — we match thread to your logo colors.

Is it embroidered or printed?

How big can the logo be?

About 4″ wide by 2.25″ tall on the front panel.

Does fine detail embroider well?

Bold shapes and text 0.25″ or taller stitch cleanly; hairline detail and tiny type do not — we will advise if your logo needs simplifying.

How fast is turnaround?

About one week, then ready for pickup or shipping.

What artwork should I send?

A vector logo (PDF, AI, SVG) gives the sharpest print; otherwise a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. Each solid color in the design counts as one print color.
