We cannot cancel or edit your orders once they are in production. Once your order is submitted, we will not be able to change or adjust the order. Overflow Print & Design will make every effort to contact customers via phone or email regarding potential issues with an order.
Return Policy and Procedures
If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of successful delivery or pick up and we can look into your order.
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process even if there is any grammatical errors, and no refund will be given.
